What you're reporting is waaay too general. Please contact the debian-user mailing list [1] or some other localized mailing list for Debian users, and ask for advice on how to narrow it down and troubleshoot it. It might be anything, hardware problems, driver problems, or actual bugs on other higher level components. Reporting a bug without narrowing it down first is pretty much useless. Also, please take care not to mail [email protected] unless you know what you're doing, as it can have unintended consequences.
