I'm uploading 0.9.19 to experimental as we speak, however, it cannot yet go to unstable. It has to wait until the whole gnunet 0.9 stack will go together to unstable. The remaining things are some open things i need to finish with the gnunet 0.9 packaging in gnunet itself (the client etc. packages are already done). Hopefully i get that finished soon.
