OK, but I wonder which information in the log file I should look at. I can reproduce the bug after creating a fresh profile and copying the cert8.db file. It is sufficient to open the page https://www.zeroforfait.fr/cgi-bin/cie.cgi?b=ok&cid=zf&z=(null)&pi=(null)&p=/commander.shtml and reload it from time to time.
