Package: libbluray
Version: 1:0.2.1+git20111208.63e308d-1
Severity: normal

Trying to build xine-lib-1.2 in a clean chroot wiht Recommends turned off
results
in a lot of java packages being included as build-dependencies. This doesn't
make
a lot of sense.

The problem comes down to libbluray-dev which depends on libbluray-bdj.

Please review whether this strong dependency is mandatory for *all* packages
which
may need to build-depend on libbluray-dev. It adds considerably to the amount
of work
required to build reverse dependencies.

If some packages need libbluray-bdj at *build time*, maybe those specific
packages
should build-depend on the bdj library *if* they use the Java symbols.
