According to the changelog, this bug was fixed in an upload to
experimental with version 0.65.2-1. I verified that building in
current testing works (though I did not check further, especially I
did not search for non fatal build errors etc.). Also
./debian/courier-maildrop/usr/share/man/man7/maildropex.7.gz looks
fine there as well.

If you intended to keep this bug open for another reason please
reopen.
