tinyproxy reports this on startup:

   Feb  3 18:36:03 cerebro tinyproxy[27682]: ERROR: Could not create log file 
/usr/var/log/tinyproxy/tinyproxy.log: Bad file descriptor. 

This is not where a dbeian program should put it's pid file.

Attempts to override the PidFile using the documented syntax fail:

   Port 5555
   PidFile /tmp/xyz

Output with this config file:

   Syntax error on line 2
   Unable to parse config file. Not starting.
   [Exit 70]
