Hello, You may add something in README.Debian like:
--- If you plan to use JACK output, you might need to make mpd and jackd run under the same user, since a typical JACK setup doesn't permit several users to access the sound daemon. --- I left a few notes on the mpd Wiki too (which was the first & only place I checked when I had that issue).
