Gheyret, could you have a look at this. As you're my contact with
UKIJ, I think this issue can be addressed among UKIJ.

Is this something done on purpose in Tughra and is this fixable?

I would prefer the first solution suggested by Kess but if it isn't
possible, I think I will drop the font from the package.
