Well, I found out that it works if the source is exported using plain
"svn export" command, which is used if you add the --svn-no-links
option. I don't see the problem yet because both trunk copy methods do
change modification times of the files. I suggest adding that option to
your local configuration file until a proper fix is found.

Or fix the autodevcrap system to not break itself just for fun.
