I will package an older libjs-jquery, so that trac can depend on it, see #562859.
I think about naming the package libjs-jquery-trac or libjs-jquery-vintage instead of libjs-jquery-1.4.2. That way we don't need a renamed package for later versions of trac that surely will depend on later jQuery versions.
