Hi Jonathan,
I've attached a patch standard diff -Naur flavor against 1.7.8.2.
I haven't testing it with asciidoc since it didn't build clean into my home
dir but its a tiny dead simple change (famous last words I know).
I think asciidoc habit of not putting a blank line after indented stuff
is a bug too but it does that everywhere so I guess its on purpose.
