icedax should lookup the cddb entries in a local directory
first, before asking a remote server. If there is no local
entry, then icedax should create it.

xmms and grip had a local directory ~/.cddb, for example.
That was very convenient: In case of a duplicate CD finger-
print (or if the cddb entry on cddb.org was bad, unmaintained,
in a wrong character encoding, whatever) you could override
the remote server by a local copy.

This feature could help to reduce load on cddb.org, too.
