in the past, when the package was tangogps and upstream wasn't
reachable, such scripts got included in the package itself, as a local
debian addition (e.g. georss2tangogps-poi).
since foxtrotgps, there's an active upstream again. please do direct
future (and feature) wishes directly to upstream rather than to the
debian bts.
