I forgot to mention that if this patch (or something similar) is accepted, I'll volunteer to implement an dh_installzabbix and the related Lintian check (probably by some cut-and-pasting from dh_installlogcheck). The goal would be for packages using dh to only have to create a debian/$package.zabbix-agent, and that would be deployed to the appropriate location.
