PYMOL_PATH shouldn't be '/usr/share/pymol', it is declared
in /usr/bin/pymol as
export PYMOL_PATH=`python2.7 -c "from imp import find_module; print
find_module('pymol')[1]"`
and on a current Sid this should be
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pymol
Can you please check the contents of /usr/bin/pymol and what the last
command returns on your system?
