That's weird, I just reinstall phpbb3 from scratch on a Squeeze box, used sqlite for the database, then enabled the board and set those two fields, and they are correctly pushed in the From and Reply-To fields for the first one, and Sender for the second, of the Registration email. Could you please bounce or forward as an attachment such Registration email in case you've missed some information in it? Regards David
