Package: mtpfs Version: 0.9-3 Severity: normal Hi.
I have a system with a KVM switch connecting keyboard, mouse and screen to my machine, onto which I plugged an Iconia A500 tablet. I tried to mount it using # mtpfs -o allow_other /media/a500/ No sooner had I typed that command, did my screen black out. I guess there must be some kind of probing done by mtpfs on the USB devices that got the KVM switch to be reset :-( Here's lsusb : # lsusb Bus 005 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub Bus 002 Device 012: ID 045e:00cb Microsoft Corp.
