iceweasel is failing in Piuparts sid with the following error:

The .autoreg file is created by iceweasel.postinst.
The patch removes the file via iceweasel.postrm. The change is not
tested - I have a FTBFS.
There are currently 118 packages in the Piuparts sid
dependency-failed-testing state due to this failure.
