Hi maintainer, unfortunately yet another major API and ABI breakage happened in libgps on the way to gpsd version 3. The result is that your package does not build against gpsd 3.3/libgps20, which is available in experimental. Details why this had to happen are described here: http://www.catb.org/gpsd/protocol-transition.html Unfortunately the progress to implement this took a long time, including gpsd 2.95 which was released with Squeeze and shipped with a slightly different API and ABI. Migrating to the new and hopefully final API should be easy, if there is help needed either ask me or jump into #gpsd on the freenode network.
