retitle 648281 save-file dialog: tab completion works only without suggestions thanks
I tracked this down: after I hit <tab>, even though a directory
might be uniquely auto-completed, the suggestion pulldown still
shows the same directory, e.g.
_______________________________
~/subfold<tab> → |~/subfolder/
-------------------------------
|~/subfolder/
`------------------------------
While this suggestion box — which in this case can be closed since
it's not necessary — is open, hitting 'tab' will advance to the next
field.
Either the suggestion box should auto-close, or the tab key should
not change behaviour. I favour the second.
