This is generated by docbook-xml tool chain with help of xsltproc and
docbook-xsl.  So any html style improvement needs to be fixed there in
general.

I see.  I noticed this too. This may be swichable by configuration
locally.  This may be intentional choice by docbook-xml but I agree with
you.
