Hello, I think this is a regression from 2:7.3.333-1. Perhaps patch 7.3.353 should help, as it claims to add the missing bits from urxvt mouse support patch. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time this week to validate this.
Anyway, I'm experiencing the issue as well and your workaround with ttymouse helps. Maybe creating some autocmd with it might make it less annoying until this gets fixed. So please, dear maintainer, do issue an update soon, as both 7.3.333 and 7.3.346 are having annoying issues when run in a terminal. (this one and #644668). Thanks.
