Exactly. Here's a log just in case:

$ wicd-gtk

That is the "first" GUI and the tray icon. When I click the tray icon
a new GUI is opened (the log show only "refreshing..." part now) which
hides/shows as usual on successive clicks.

If I click "Quit" in the second GUI the window just hides - again, as
expected, but if I click "Quit" in the first GUI wicd-gtk exits
(regardless of whether the second GUI is running).
