The point is that the latest version of gnucash-docs recommends yelp,
without depending on it.

The rationale is that gnucash-docs is still usable without yelp, since
the package also provides HTML and PDF documentation.

So it means that you installed gnucash-docs without following the
recommendation of installing yelp.

My first reaction is therefore to say that you made a conscious decision
about not installing yelp, and that this is not a bug.

If you disagree with this view, I see only two solutions:

- make gnucash-docs depend on yelp rather than just recommending it,
  though this is not my preferred way for the reasons exposed above;

- modifying the error message along the lines that you suggested. This
  is probably my preferred option.

Making gnucash depend on yelp is not an option, since gnucash-docs is
only recommended. Making gnucash recommending yelp in addition to
recommending gnucash-docs basically adds nothing, since gnucash-docs
already recommends yelp.

What are your thoughts on this?
