Justification: fails to build from source
Builds of exodusii in minimal environments, such as on the autobuilders,
are failing:
CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are
set to NOTFOUND.
Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake
files:
HDF5HL_LIBRARY
linked by target "exoIIv2c" in directory
.../exodusii-5.14.dfsg.1/exodus/cbind
HDF5_LIBRARY
linked by target "exoIIv2c" in directory
.../exodusii-5.14.dfsg.1/exodus/cbind
Could you please add a build dependency on libhdf5-serial-dev | libhdf5-dev
and check with pbuilder or the like that no others are missing? (I'd
generally recommend getting in the habit of using such a tool, considering
how many such bugs you've racked up by now.)
