Now trying to create new folder with konqueror. The option "Сервис" → "Кодировка сервера" is "Юникод (UTF-8)". Result: ls /home/ftp/full_access/ Ð?оваÑ? папка Новая папка The "Ð?оваÑ? папка" is konquerror's thing.
