No need to report it in _both_ Debian and Launchpad, one is enough.
Anyway, as stated in LP already, it _is_ documented both in the on‐
line help (“cvs -H init”) and the texinfo documentation (“info cvs”
or “pinfo cvs”).
The manpage is currently generated from the texinfo page (or rather
parts thereof); improvements welcome, please discuss these with up‐
stream. I’m merging this with the other cvs manpage generation bug,
as I’m not going to write a replacement manpage by myself.
