Yes, there is! Thanks for following up on this bug report and for reminding me to add this piece of information. While importing bookmarks, Midori prints a good number of error messages, all seemingly identical to ** (midori:3992): CRITICAL **: midori_bookmarks_insert_item_db: assertion `katze_item_get_name (item)' failed > of after import, > when starting or trying to access the bookmark menu? Nothing else is printed to stdout or stderr, after the import operation has been completed. Please let me know if you need more information.
