/usr/bin/f2py is currenly a symlink to /usr/bin/f2py2.6. Howver, 2.6 is not a default version of Python anymore. While we could binNMU python-numpy to fix the symlink, such a binNMUed version would instantly migrate to testing, which doesn't have 2.7 as the default version.
Please make /usr/bin/f2py a non-symlink with #!/usr/bin/python shebang.
