Patch follows. It applies on top of #607396, on the assumption that
you'll apply that first; if for some reason you don't then it's easy to
adjust.
* debian/patches/cstddef.patch: Include <cstddef> for ptrdiff_t (closes:
#625068, LP: #771110).
