Bug#640508: /lib/lsb/init-functions: Redirection of LSB init functions breaks samba if-up script

I modified samba's script to function under systemd. Could you please
check it over for correctness? The two problems I have with it are:

     1. I'm not sure if 'systemctl status sabma.service' is the best way
        to determine if the service is up
     2. I don't see a way to just start nmbd without restarting samba,
        like samba's own init script does.
