Dear Melchiaros, gdpc has no icon upsteam, and I would be reluctant to add generic icons to menu entries that have not, because it would confusingly relate unrelated programs, and because many generic icons tend to vehiculate visions of science that are sometimes carricatural (which contributes to maintain the gap between science and society). The proper way to fix this bug, in my opinion, would to design an original icon for gdpc, and have it adopted upstream. This is what I did for SeaView for instance.
