libjpeg62-dev is deprecated, we are migrating to libjpeg-dev. Please install
libjpeg8-dev which provides libjpeg-dev now.

Why not then have it pull in libjpeg8-dev automatically? Like has been
done in other cases where one package name has been replaced with
another providing the same thing.
