Package: pidgin-skype
Version: 20110407+svn612+dfsg-1
Followup-For: Bug #636126

On a similar note: it crashed for me when disabling the skype account.
When starting up again, it was enabled again. So, I just removed skype
itself. Then it crashed at start up. From that crash I got this
backtrace:

Program terminated with signal 6, Aborted.

Sounds like it's a very similar issue, that's why I add it to this bug
report.
