I am using claws-mail with a mail account that has the option set to encrypt all outgoing messages. Now claws-mail regularly loses its plugins (see my other bug report today). When the PGP module gets lost like that, I can't send any mail at all. The encryption systems available are correctly shown as "None", and no encryption is selected, but there is an error message that the mail can't be encrypted for storing. I think users should be warned when encryption isn't possible, but it should be possible to send mail anyway.
