Package: ifupdown
Version: 0.7~alpha5+really0.6.12
Severity: normal

Hi,

in today's upgrade was the following change:

  * Don't install ifupdown.init on runlevels 0 and 6.

Yet, existing symlinks are not properly cleaned up on upgrades:

# ls /etc/rc[06].d/???ifupdown
/etc/rc0.d/K07ifupdown  /etc/rc6.d/K07ifupdown

This leads to the following warning:
insserv: warning: current stop runlevel(s) (0 6) of script `ifupdown'
overwrites defaults (empty).

insserv does not automatically remove the stop symlinks in 0 6. You need
to do that manually.

Cheers,
Michael
