That won't be, sorry, as would break the nature of tools package. You can
make a copy or even a symlink from /usr/local/bin or your $HOME/bin to it
and you're done, no need to pollute system dirs with this.
While reviewing it for addition I've noticed the following line:
$fields{'to'} = '[email protected]'; # force recipient until claws
fixes a bug
Which bug of Claws Mail are you referring to?
