Yes, it does. If the bookmarks toolbar contains folders, then you can: Scenario a: 1. start Iceweasel 2. drag around single entries and it works (no folders!) Scenario b: 1. start Iceweasel 2. try to drag around folders and it doesn't work 3. dragging around normal entries doesn't work either anymore Scenario c: 1. start Iceweasel 2. drag around everything you want in the full bookmarks view After scenario b, you can't drag around stuff in the full bookmarks view anymore either. It seems that the event on the toolbar also breaks the other view. Looks like the event triggered (OnDrag|OnMouseDown) on folders in the bookmarks toolbar breaks somethings else.
