At a minimum it should be pretty simple to create a libxcb1-doc package with the various already flavors of existing documentation. Far more handy though, could we please have man pages? On nearly any system I can type `man XOpenDisplay` and have all the information needed in a fraction of a second. This is *much* faster than starting a web browser (even Lynx!) only to have to search documentation for a particular library call I need information on. If the primary documentation is in Doxygen format, simply tell Doxygen to generate man page format files and package that...
