Package: libcairo2 Version: 1.0.0-1 Followup-For: Bug #325526 The very same problem happens when I try to build GIMP from CVS on a Debian testing system. The PDF import plug-in that uses poppler fails to build:
/usr/bin/../lib/libcairo.so.2: undefined reference to `FT_GlyphSlot_Embolden' As far as I can tell, the problem is that libcairo is built against a newer version of libfreetype6 which is not yet in testing (2.1.7 vs. 2.1.10). The bug is thus a missing dependency. libcairo2 should depend on libfreetype6 >= 2.1.10.
