Package: dump
Version: 0.4b44-1
Followup-For: Bug #633932

I am seeing the same error. Using 'strace -e open dump ...' I found the file
it was failing on and executed 'chattr +d' on the file to skip it. Dump then
failed on another file in the same way. I did this for four files before
giving up. There does not seem to be anything odd about the files, a couple
had Japanese characters but one was a simple three line text file. The only
common theme is that all four appear to be files that were updated recently.
