Related question this raises is that whether approx should be caching
such content. Quick searching for WISPr and UAM didn't quite show up
what I should be looking at.

Looking for the authentication XML tag for WISPr is probably good but
I can't seem to find the links to definitive technical specs of what
WISPr is supposed to be.
