Hi Antonio, I have not checked out your specific logs, but you were using IMAP<->IMAP, not IMAP<->Maildir, right? In this case there was a bug in which an unexpected, yet legal server response would confuse imaplib2 leading weird sync behavior up to potential data loss. I strongly recommend to upgrade to the just release 6.3.4-rc3, which is available upstream. The Debian package is probably going to hit Debian unstable soon too, I don't know how quick the maintainer will be.
I believe this bug to be fixed in upstream, so if the new version will make offlineimap work again for you, we'll be able to close this one hopefully soon.
