tags 631275 patch thanks It's been pointed out to me that the patch attached to the previous mail is not quite what was uploaded to Ubuntu: the attached patch includes /usr/lib/pkgconfig:/usr/share/pkgconfig at the end of the PKG_CONFIG_PATH, but according to the pkgconfig documentation this should be unnecessary because they're part of the built-in path that will always be looked in after PKG_CONFIG_PATH.
