I have the same problem while updating my Debian testing system.
I have found that this is a dependency related problem: system requires libgl1-mesa-glx (>= 7.10.2-4~). The new version 7.10.3-3 is not recognized as a valid one and as a result a number of nvidia related packages is marked to be deleted.
