You're right, I will add the missing Suggests field in weechat-curses
and a symlink from /usr/share/doc/weechat/html to 
/usr/share/doc/weechat-doc/html

I will also move /usr/share/doc/weechat-doc/*.html files into
/usr/share/doc/weechat-doc/html
