For the record, I've rescheduled all three packages, using wanna-build's somewhat undocumented "extra-depends" feature to pull in the right perl version. While this means the rebuilds will use the correct perl version, the chroots on buildds which do not build one of the binNMUs may still have an older version of perl installed.
