Package: sonic
Version: 0.1.17-1
Severity: normal

Hello,

Software speech synthesis is now included in the debian installer.

espeak is about to use the existing libsonic library instead of using
its own copy. However, for its use in the debian installer, we'd need a
static version of libsonic.
