Not sure how this whole NMU suppose to work, but I rebuilt luma against a rebuilt(!) python2.3-qt3 to remove the dependency on libqt3c102-mt.
Make sure you grab the NMU of python2.3-qt3_3.15 as well, since it needed a rebuild to remove the dependency on libqt3c102-mt as well.
