Dear maintainer,
working on the German package description I found that the
second sentence might be difficult to read (and understand) because it
is quite long. I believe that it is actually an enumeration and
therefore would take profit from another formatting. (My
reviewers did not agree with my decision for a formatting
different from yours. One of them suggested reporting it
to you.)
Please consider the following suggestion, which also corrects a
missing space in the second item.

Description: read-write NTFS driver for FUSE
NTFS-3G is an NTFS driver for FUSE. It can
* create, remove, rename, move files, directories, hard links,
and streams;
* read and write files, including streams, sparse files and
transparently compressed files;
* handle special files like symbolic links, devices, and FIFOs;
* moreover it provides standard management of file ownership
and permissions, including POSIX ACLs.
